DVI Connection

Transmits an digital video signal from your PC to the monitor. Connect the PC and the monitor with a DVI cable as shown the following illustration.

Select DVI input. To transmit an audio signal, connect an optional audio cable.

Transmits the digital video and audio signals from your PC to the monitor. Connect the PC and the monitor with an HDMI cable as shown in the following illustration. Select HDMI input.

yyUse a High Speed HDMI™ Cable.

yyPlease check the PC environment if you cannot hear audio in HDMI mode. Some PCs require you to manually change the default audio output to HDMI.
