To enable your phone’s Location feature:

1. Press Menu > Settings > More... > Location. (The Location

disclaimer is displayed.)

2. Read the disclaimer and press .

3. SelectOn or Off and press .

When the Location feature is on, your phone’s standby

screen will display the icon . When Location is turned off,

the icon will be displayed.

Messaging Settings

Staying connected to your friends and family has never been

easier. With your phone’s advanced messaging capabilities,

you can send and receive many differentkinds of text

messages withoutplacing a voice call. (For more information,

see “Using SMS TextMessaging”on page 140.)

Your phone’s messaging settings make textmessaging even

faster and easier by letting you decide how you would like to

be notified of new messages, create a signature with each

sentmessage, and create your own presetmessages, to

name justa few.
