3.10AC Junction Box

The AC junction box is required as an AC connection interface in rectifier cabinets where the Helios Rectifier 200E/48 is used.

3.10.1 Mechanical Specifications

The junction box is made of zinc plated steel and can accommodate up to six one-inch rigid or flex- ible conduits. The mechanical specifications are listed in Table 29.

The junction box is designed to accommodate six 3-phase circuits (3 wires plus ground) at a maxi- mum voltage of 600 V AC and a capacity of 30 A per circuit.
