GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

WARNING

ELECTRIC SHOCK can kill.

• Disconnect input power by removing plug from receptacle before working inside SP-100.

• Use only grounded receptacle.

Do not touch electrically "hot" parts inside SP-100.

Have qualified personnel do the maintenance and troubleshooting work.

Dirty or Worn cable liner

Turn welder power ON (“I”)

Plug in - check both ends of input cable Inspect or Replace
