Connecting and setting up the microphone

Using the microphone supplied, the Sound Projector evaluates the test signals it generates and can thus adjust the sound output to your actual room.

Protect the microphone from heat and from direct sunlight.

Do not use an extension lead for the microphone.

Position the microphone where you are planning to have your listening position (ear height).

Avoid obstacles between the microphone and the walls.

With a subwoofer connected where required, set the volume to medium and set the transmission/high-pass frequency to maximum.

Press the on/off button on the unit or

the on/off button on the remote control to switch the unit off.

Connect the microphone supplied to the socket MIC-INon the underside of this unit.

Assemble the stand supplied:

1.Separate the individual parts from each other (1).

2.Push the two long parts together (2).

3.Put the round part on top (3).

4.Place the microphone on the round part (4).

Position the microphone at least 1.8 m away from the Sound Projector centred on it on a level surface. Use the stand supplied to set up the microphone at the height of your required listening position, pointing upwards.
