Table 5-2 and Table 5-3 for network, DSX-1, and user data port interface LED
information.

OK Power and
Operational
Status
Green ON –FrameSaver unit has power and it is
operational.
OFF–FrameSaver unit is in a power-on
self-test, or there is a failure.
ALM Operational
Alarm (Fail) Red ON –FrameSaver unit has just been reset,
or an error or fault has been detected.

HAlarm Indication Signal (AIS)
HCTS Down
HDLCI Down
HDTR Down
HExceeded Error Rate (EER)
HLMI Down
HLoss of Signal (LOS)
HNetwork Communication Link Down
HOut of Frame (OOF )
HPower Supply Failure
HPrimary or Secondary Clock Failed
HSelf-Test Failed
HSLV Timeout
HTwo Level-1 Users Accessing
Device
HYellow Alarm Signal
OFF–No failures have been detected.
These alarms appear on the System and
Test Status screen. See Health and Status
Messages for additional information.
TST Test Mode Yellow ON –Loopback or test pattern is in progress,
initiated locally, remotely, or from the
network.
OFF–No tests are active.
