Troubleshooting Procedures

!WARNING

To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury, or death, disconnect power to microwave oven and discharge the high-voltage capacitor before servicing, unless testing requires power.

Error Code Table

Error Code	Explanation	Possible Cause
SE	Keypad shorted 10 seconds or longer.	Sticky keypad(s).
E03	Convection motor or convection heater open.	Motor and/or heater unplugged, wiring or PCB
		assembly.
E11	Gas sensor open error.	Sensor unplugged, wiring or PCB assembly.
E12	Gas sensor short error.	Sensor unplugged, wiring or PCB assembly.
E13	T1 Max time error (oven did not preheat properly).	PCB assembly.
E21	Thermal sensor open error.	Sensor unplugged, wiring or PCB assembly.
E22	Thermal sensor short error.	Sensor unplugged, wiring or PCB assembly.
E23	PREHEAT did not reach preset temperature within 30	Convection heater or grill heater unplugged, wiring
	minutes. Preheat cycle canceled.	or PCB assembly.
E24	Microwave temperature reaches 500° F (260° C) in	Thermal or gas sensor, wiring or PCB assembly.
