Maintien au chaud

Pour maintenir au chaud des aliments cuits et chauds ou pour réchauffer pains et assiettes.

Programmation du gril :

1. Appuyer sur la touche Keep Warm (Maintien au chaud).

L’icône WARM (CHAUD) clignote.

000 clignote à l’afficheur.

2.Sélectionner la température de maintien au chaud. Appuyer sur la touche Autoset ou sur les touches numériques appropriées.

170° (75°) s’allume lorsque l’on appuie sur la touche Autoset.

Chaque pression sur la touche Autoset augmente la température de 5° F (3° C).

La température de maintien au chaud peut être programmée de 145 et 190° F (63 et 90° C).

L’icône WARM (CHAUD) et la température seront affichées pen- dant que la fonction est active.

Annulation du maintien au chaud :

1. Appuyer sur la touche CANCEL (ANNULER).

2. Retirer la nourriture du four.

Remarques sur la fonction de maintien au chaud :

Pour obtenir des qualités alimentaires et nutritives optimales, les aliments ne doivent pas être gardés au chaud plus de 1 ou 2 heures.

Pour empêcher les aliments de dessécher, les recouvrir de papier aluminium, sans serrer, ou d’un couvercle.

Pour réchauffer des petits pains :

recouvrir les petits pains de papier aluminium sans les serrer et les placer au four.

appuyer sur les touches Keep Warm et Autoset.

réchauffer pendant 12 à 15 minutes.

Pour réchauffer des assiettes :

placer deux piles de quatre assiettes maximum dans le four.

appuyer sur les touches Keep Warm et Autoset.

réchauffer pendant 5 minutes, arrêter le four et laisser les assiettes au four pendant encore 15 minutes.

n’utiliser que des assiettes pouvant aller au four, à vérifier avec le fabricant.

ne pas poser des assiettes tièdes sur une surface froide, les changements rapides de température pouvant casser l’assiette ou la fendiller.
