RS-232C External Control

Control of this unit via a computer is possible by connecting the computer to this unit with a RS-232C cross cable (D-sub 9 pins). The commands to control this unit and the response data format against the received commands are explained here. For details, please consult your authorized dealer.

2-3. Parameters used for the data format

The following 3 types of parameters are used for command and response data: 1 Numeric value 2 ON/OFF 3 Special parameters

Each parameter is as follows:

1Numeric value

A 2-byte hexadecimal value (sign included) is represented by a set of 4-digit (4-byte) characters. Assignable range: 8000H to 7FFFH

2ON/OFF

Shows the status (ON or OFF) of the unit, such as POWER and HIDE.
