Wood dust of certain species (e.g. oak, beech, ash) can cause can- cer when inhaled: use a dust extrac- tor

when using the saw in enclosed spaces;

when using the saw over extended periods (more than 1/2 hour per day);

Dust extractor connection

Connect the dust extractor to the dust extraction connector (51) at the rear of the saw.

51

If necessary, put the dust extraction adapter (52) on the dust extraction port (51) and connect the dust extractor to the dust extraction adaptor (52).

7.3Installing the Support

1.Slide support on the left-hand work support.

2.Lock support with the thumb screw (53).

53

3 Note:The support needs to be aligned before initial operation. To do so, pro- ceed as described in "Operation", "Sup- port".

7.4Installing the Stock Stop

1.Slide stock stop on the right-hand work support's rear bar.

2.Lock stock stop with the thumb screw (54).
