With delay start you can choose when
you want the programme to end. The
start of a programme can be delayed
from 15 minutes up to a maximum of 24
hours, allowing you to make use of
night-time economy electricity rates, for
example.
The current time of day needs to
have been set for delay start to work
correctly.
To select delay start
ASelect the programme you want and
then press the +button.
The display shows:
Delay start 8:20
Start time 8:20
Finish time 11:19
BPress the Ybutton to select the time
you want the programme to end at.
The first press on the button will adjust
the programme end time to the next 15,
30, 45 minutes or full hour. Each
subsequent press on the button will
delay the programme end time by 15
minutes.

Start time 15:01
Finish time 18:00
CConfirm your selection by pressing
the OK button.
DPress the Start/Stop button.
The display will show the hours and
minutes remaining until the start of the
programme.
To change delay start
You can select a later or earlier
programme end time subsequently, if
you wish.
^Press the +button.
^Use the Xor Ybutton to change the
programme end time.
^Confirm your selection by pressing
the OK button.
To cancel delay start
^Press the Start/Stop button.
The following will appear in the display:
Options
Cancel delay start ;
Activate safety lock ,
^Confirm your selection by pressing
the OK button.
^Now you can select a different
programme, or
^press the Start/Stop button to start
the programme straight away.
The actual load size can only be
determined accurately by the
machine once the programme has
started. The programme end time
may, therefore, be a bit later or
earlier than first indicated.
