TEST-FLASH/MODELING FLASH
One or more test flashes may be tried before photographing. This is particularly convenient for checking shadows when the flash is sep- arated from the camera such as in wireless flash.

•Do not release the shutter while the flash is in use.
•The strength of shadows will differ from that during actual photogra- phy.
•Shadows will be lighter when using the flash in bright areas or out- doors, or when using bounce flash, and verification will therefore be more difficult.
