Scope

This document provides basic information, procedures, and processes for repairing the phones at Level 1 and 2 service centers including:

Unit swap out

Repairing of mechanical faults

Basic modular troubleshooting

Testing and verification of unit functionality

Initiate warranty claims and send faulty modules to Level 3 or 4 repair centers.
