3.Insert the data plug into the COM port of your laptop or other device.

Make sure no other application is using the COM port selected.

Make sure the COM port settings of your laptop or other device are set to the following:

Bits per second: 4800

Data bits: 8

Parity: None

Stop bits: 1

Flow control: Hardware

Tosetyourphonetosendlocationinformationtoyour laptoporotherdevice:

1.Press / >Tools>GPS>Interface.

2.Set NMEAOUT to USBor Bluetooth.

Your phone is now sending location data to your laptop or other device.

Tostopsendinglocationdatatoyourlaptoporotherdevice:

 Set NMEAOUT to Off.

Each time you power your phone on, NMEAOUT is automatically set to Off.

Memo Feature

Memo lets you store a number, make a call to that number, and save it to Contacts.

Tocreateamemo:

1.Press />Tools>Memo.

2.Enter a number and press r.

Toviewthememolater:

Press / >Tools>Memo.

Todeletethememo:

1.Press / >Tools>Memo.

2.Press and hold Delete (left softkey) and then press r.

Toeditthememo:

1. Press / >Tools>Memo.
