Off	The modem is off.
Slow flashing green	The modem is off but the battery is
(once per 12 seconds)	being used to supplement the iPAQ.
Slow flashing green	The modem is on and scanning for a
(once per second)	network connection.
On	The modem is on and registered to a
	network.

Off	Battery is ok
Rapid flashing red	The battery is too low for normal
(five times per	operation. Re-charge the battery
second)	immediately.
