DCA-15SPX3 — MAINTENANCE

Generator Storage

For storage of the generator for over 30 days, the following is required:

z Fill the fuel tank completely.

z Completely drain the oil from the crankcase and refill

with fresh oil.

z Clean all external parts of the generator with a cloth. z Cover the generating set and store in a clean, dry place.

	Drain Bottom of Fuel Tank		X
	Clean Unit, Inside and Outside		X
	Change Fuel Filter *2			X
	Clean Radiator and Check Coolant Protection			X
	Level
	Replace Air Filter Element				X
	Change Corrosion Resistor				X
	Check all Hoses and Clamps				X
	Clean Inside of Fuel Tank				X
GENERATOR	Measure Insulation Resistance Over 3M ohms		X

*1 Replace engine oil anf filter at 100 hours, first time only.

*2 Replace fuel filter at 250 Hours, first time only.
