Pixel failure
1.Check whether the battery has been charged, or charge the battery.
2.Use the adapter to supply power.
1.Check weather the battery has been charged, or charge the battery.
2.Check the setting of ''Auto off '' from setup menu.
1.Make sure there are audio files contained.
2.Position the volume setting of the unit to a suitable level.
1. Check the original size and quality of the pictures.
1.Check video format is MOV or AVI (other format not compatible)
1.Change batteries in the remote control.
2.Ensure that the IR sensor is not covered by object or the frame. Sensor location is shown on Page 5.

1.The LCD screen contains 1,440,000 pixels. Pixels can fail during normal product life. 1 pixel=0.00007% failure rate. One pixel failure / per year of operation is considered normal and not a cause for concern.
