1Display the shooting screen.

•Check the remaining amount of movie recording time.

•If Photo info in the Monitor settings

(A 76) in the setup menu is set to Movie frame+auto info, the area that will be visible in the movie can be confirmed before movie recording starts.

2 Press the b(emovie-record) button to start movie recording.

• The focus area for autofocus differs
depending on the setting of AF area mode
(A 73).
The default setting is Face priority.
• Press the multi selector Kto pause
recording, and press Kagain to resume
recording (except when piFrame 720/
30p (piFrame 720/25p) or an HS movie
option is selected in Movie options).
Recording automatically ends if it remains
