6Press the multi selector up or down to highlight Done and press the multi selector to the right.

A icon will be displayed in the control panel.

7Frame a photograph, focus, and shoot. In con- tinuous high-speed or continuous low-speed

mode ( 26), the camera will record all expo- sures in a single burst. In single-frame shooting

mode, one photograph will be taken each time the shutter-release but- ton is pressed; continue shooting until all exposures have been recorded. Shooting will end automatically if:

No operations are performed for 30 s during shooting, or for 30 s after the monitor has turned off during playback or menu operations

The user selects Reset or Cancel in the mul- tiple exposure menu and presses the multi se- lector to the right

The camera is turned off

The battery is exhausted

Pictures are deleted

If shooting ends before the specified number of exposures have been taken, a multiple exposure will be created from the exposures that have been recorded to that point. If Auto Gain is on, gain will be adjusted to reflect the number of exposures actually recorded. To end shooting with- out creating a multiple exposure, press the button while turning the camera off.

The icon will blink until shooting ends. When shooting ends, multiple exposure mode will end and the icon will no longer be dis- played. Repeat steps 1–7 to take additional mul- tiple exposures.
