Uploading All Pictures at Once

By default, the camera automatically uploads pictures that have not yet been uploaded to the my Picturetown server whenever the AC adapter is connected to the camera to charge the battery.

1 Connect the power cable and AC adapter 1.

2 Turn off the camera.

If the power-on (green) lamp is lit, press the power switch to turn off the camera. Picture upload cannot be initiated by connecting the AC adapter when the camera is turned on.

3 Connect the AC adapter to the camera’s multi connector 2.

The multi connector should be fully inserted.

4 Plug the power cable into an outlet 3.

The AC adapter power-on lamp will light 4.

When the camera is turned on and the message, [Starting upload to Picture Bank], is displayed, Picture Bank begins uploading pictures.

If the sender information (alias and e-mail address) is not configured with the camera, enter the sender information (c 127).

When pictures are uploaded for the first time, or the camera does not detect the SSID with which pictures were uploaded previously, select the desired SSID in the select SSID screen. For more information on choosing the desired SSID, see “Choosing the Desired SSID and Uploading Pictures” (c 146).

If the camera detects the SSID with which pictures were uploaded previously, picture upload will be initiated automatically. To cancel upload, press d. Once upload is complete, the camera turns off, the power-on lamp blinks orange, and the battery begins charging.
