To dictate consecutive words in all lowercase letters:

1Say “No Ca ps On” to turn no capitals on.
2Dictate the words you want to appear in all lowercase.

Capitalizing (or uncapitalizing) text already in your

document

You can change the capitalization of text already in your
document by selecting it and then saying “Ca pitaliz e That,”
“Cap T hat,” or “A ll Caps T hat,” or “ Uncapit alize Tha t,”
“Unca p That, ” or“ No Caps Th at.”

To capitalize or uncapitalize text:

1Select the text you want to change.
2Say “Capi taliz e That, ” “Cap Th at,” or “A ll Caps T hat,” or
“Unca pitali ze That, ” “Uncap T hat,” or “N o Caps That .”
Formatting text
You can use voice commands to specify any combination of font
name, size, and style, in that order. These commands change
text you dictate from then on or text you have selected.
To set a new style for text you are about to dictate, use the “S et
Font” and “ Set Siz e” commands. To change the style of text
you have already selected, use the “Fo rmat Tha t” command.

Changing the font as you dictate

While dictating, you can change the font face, size, and style by
saying “Set F ont” followed by the font attributes you want. For
example, you can say “Set F ont Times ” or“ Set Font Ar ial 12
Bold. ” Whenyou continue dictating, the new text appears with
the font attributes you set.
