The CDR-205X uses an internal microcomputer that performs many complicated operations; however, on rare occasions, external noise or interference or static electricity may cause the microcomputer to malfunction. If this occurs, unplug the CDR-205X, wait approx. 5 seconds, and then plug it back in.
