Camera Settings that Cannot Be Applied Simultaneously

Some shooting settings cannot be used with other functions.

	mFlash (A30)	Continuous	When Continuous, BSS, or Multi-shot 16 is
		(A103)	selected, flash is disabled.
		Continuous	When Multi-shot 16 is selected, the Image
		(A103)	mode setting is fixed at LNormal (2592).
			When 3200 or 6400 is selected for ISO
	AImage mode		sensitivity, the image mode setting of M
			Normal (2048), NPC screen (1024), or OTV
	(A99)	ISO sensitivity	screen (640) can be selected. If any Image
