Pressione / KCAL para entrar no modo de medição de batimentos cardíacos (HR). Pressione MODE para retornar ao modo anterior.

NOTA Quando nenhum sinal for recebido ou a medição ficar fora da faixa por cinco minutos, o receptor retornará automaticamente ao modo de operação anterior.

LIMITES DE BATIMENTO CARDÍACO

Os limites de batimento cardíaco o ajudam a determinar se você está se exercitando dentro da sua zona de treinamento.

Se você estiver acima dos seus limites,

piscará.

Se você estiver abaixo dos seus limites,

piscará.

Para definir os limites de batimento cardíaco:

1.Pressione / KCAL para navegar até o modo de medição de batimentos cardíacos (HR).

2. Pressione e segure MODE até visualizar .

3.Pressione SET para escolher o limite inferior e, em seguida, pressione MODE para confirmar.

4. Pressione SET para escolher o limite superior e, em seguida, pressione MODE para confirmar.

NOTA O limite superior deve exceder o limite inferior. O transmissor ajustará as faixas automaticamente de acordo com os dados inseridos. Você também pode ativar a função de alerta de limite de batimento cardíaco, de forma que o transmissor emita um bipe quando os limites são excedidos.
