The table below summarizes the messages
displayed on the telephone base display.
-When the answering system is
turned off.
00(ONsteadily) There are no messages in the
answering system.
1-59(ashing) Totalnumberofnewmessages.
1-59(Onsteadily) Totalnumberofoldmessages.
F(ashing) Memory is full.
CL(ashing) Time is not set and there are
old messages.
LA(ashing) Thetelephoneisbeing
accessed remotely.
LA/1-59
(alternating)
Thetelephoneisbeing
accessed remotely and the
alternatingnumberindicates
thetotalnumberofmessages.
L0-L5(Onsteadily) Telephonebasevolumelevel
whenadjusting.
Access the answering system
remotely
1.Dialyourphonenumberfrom anytouch-tone
telephone.
2.Onceyouransweringsystemtakesyour call
andyouhearyour outgoingannouncement,
pressthe[#]key.
3. Enter your security code using the numeric
keypadonthetouch-tone telephone.The
system will start playing messages after you
hearaconrmationtone.

4Turn the answering system on or off.
0Deletethecurrentmessage.
Notes:
1.Ifyouransweringsystemisoff,you willnot
hear your outgoing announcement. The system
will answer your call after 10 rings.
2.Ifyouhaveenteredanincorrectsecuritycode,
thesystemwillaskyoutoenterthecodeagain.
3.Ifyouhaveforgottenthesecuritycode,youwill
need to reset the system. The security code
willberestoredto itsdefaultsettingas 0000
after system reset.
