Picture adjustment

Adjust the quality of the image while recording.

Adjust by outputting to a TV while adjusting the quality of the image.

Set the AUTO/MANUAL switch to MANUAL. (l 64)

1 Select the menu. (l 29)

[ADVANCED] # [PICTURE ADJUST] #

[YES]

2 Select the item with the cursor button and press the cursor button.

[SHARPNESS]: Sharpness of the edge

[COLOR]:

Depth of the color of the image

[EXPOSURE]: Brightness of the image

3 Adjust the settings with the cursor button.

After adjustments are made if no operations are performed for about 2 seconds, the bar will disappear.

Press the MENU button to complete the settings. [ ] appears on the screen.

Zebra

Parts where white saturation (color saturation) is likely to occur (extremely brightly lit or shiny parts) are displayed with diagonal lines (zebra pattern).

[ADVANCED] # [ZEBRA] # [ON]

You can record an image with little white saturation if you manually adjust the shutter speed or brightness (iris/gain) (l 72).

The zebra pattern does not appear on the images actually recorded.
