Perform focus adjustments using the multi manual ring.
If auto focusing is difficult due to the conditions, then use manual focus.
Change the mode to

Press the FOCUS button.
MF appears on the screen.

Rotate the multi manual ring to adjust the focus.

It is possible to set from the quick menu. ( 34)
This function’s default setting is [ON].
Zoom operation cannot be performed using the multi manual ring.
MF Assist does not work when the Digital Zoom is used.
The part of the screen that is enlarged is not enlarged on the image actually recorded.
2 Adjust the focus by rotating the ring.

The center of the screen is enlarged. The normal screen returns approximately 2 seconds after you finish bringing the subject into focus.
The center of the screen is not enlarged when [MF ASSIST] is [OFF].
Press the FOCUS button again to restore to auto focus.
