Installing Software for Windows
When the printer driver is installed, specify the optional devices installed on
your printer to enable use of options relating to those devices.
To specify options installed on the printer:

Click [Start], select Settings, and click Printers.

Click the Panasonic KX-PS8100 printer icon and select
Properties from the File menu.

Click the Device Settings tab, and scroll down to
Installable Options.

Configure the following options to correspond with the
features installed on the printer:
2nd Feeder—Select if an optional 500 sheet feeder is installed.
Hard Disk—Select if an optional hard disk drive is installed.

To select an option, click its name, and then select
Installed in the Change ‘…’ Setting area at the bottom
of the window.

Click [OK].
