Description

Allows

paging to one of eight extension groups.

The page can only be heard from each

proprietary telephones (KX-T123230,

KX-Tl23220 or KX-T123250 etc).

Operation

To

access paging;

1.

Lift the handset or press the SP-PHONE

button.

2. Dial (33).

3. Dial the extension group number (1 through 8).

A

confirmation tone (one beep) will be heard.

“Paging Group 1” , “Paging Group 2”,

“Paging Group 3” , “Paging Group 4”,

“Paging Group 5“ , “Paging Group 6”,

“Paging Group 7” or “Paging Group 8”,

will be displayed.

4. Start paging.

5. Wait for an answer and talk.

Conditions

If an extension is in use,that extension will

not gain access to paging.

“Extrnl Page 1” will be displayed.

2: for external paging 2

“Extrnl Page 2” will be displayed.

4. Start paging.

When the page is answered, o&beep will

be heard. Start talking.

Conditions

0

If external paging access tone is set to

“Disable”, confirmation tone from external

paging equipment will not be heard after

accessing the external paging.
