Description
The exchange code and area code usually differ
for local and long distance calls, but in some
when Area Type B or Type C is selected with the
Area Type Selection (on page 3-18) programming.
When you select these Area Types, you should
register these exchange code as a local number.
So these registered exchange codes will allow you to
make a local call. It is therefore necessary to register
these Exchange Codes to enable dialing of these
numbers.
