Using the Phonebook
Base Unit Phonebook
To use an Audible Caller ID feature (p. 23), you must store caller information into the base unit phonebook.
Follow steps 1 and 2 on the previous page, then:

Cordless Telephone
•If “Memory Full” is displayed at step 3, the phonebook is full. To store, delete other stored items in the phonebook.
•If “Memory Full” is displayed at step 8, the remaining recording time is 0. To store, delete unnecessary incoming/memo messages (p. 78).
•To continue storing other caller information, repeat from step 4.
Copying an Item from Handset Phonebook to Base Unit Phonebook
Press INTERCOM

to select “Copy to Base” 
Move 
to select the desired item 
Press 
(“Copy Complete” is displayed.)
To use the Audible Caller ID feature, record the name (see Base Unit Phonebook on page 29).
