Problem Cause & Remedy

When you try to download the data from openLCR, the voice prompt is not announced from the handset while “Listen & follow phone guidance.” is being displayed.

•Check the settings (p. 9–11).

•Dialing to openLCR may have been disconnected. Try again (p. 72).

•If you cannot solve a problem, consult openLCR (see below).
