Important Safety InstructionsBTo avoid damaging Power cord, power plug and
AC adaptor, do not do any of the following:
Scratching / Modifying / Putting them near heater / Bending
/ Twisting / Pulling / Placing heavy objects on them /
Tying them in a bundle / Covering them with a cloth.
Using damaged Power cord, power plug and AC adaptor
may cause electric shock, short and fire.
For cord and plug repairing, contact a service office.
BUse only AC 120V. Make sure AC outlet or cords
for AC adaptor do not exceed the limit of their
electrical ratings.
Fire caused by overheating may result from connecting too
many cords to the same outlet.
BPeriodically remove dust from prongs of AC
cord.
Accumulated dust on the plug may cause defective
installation and result in fire.
Wipe power plug with a dry cloth.
Remove power plug when drive is not in use for a
prolonged period.
BFully insert prongs of AC cord into AC outlet.
If the prongs are not fully inserted, there is a danger of
electric shock or overheating that may cause fire.
Do not use damaged plug or worn outlet.
BDo not plug or remove AC cord with wet hands.
It may cause electric shock.
BNever attempt to disassemble or repair drive
yourself.
