This chapter lists possible problems and solutions. After you take

the corrective action, press FEED or CANCEL to clear the error. Contact Technical Support for problems not covered in this chapter.

Problem

Poor Print Quality

Clean printhead.

 

Adjust printhead temperature. Check with your

 

System Administrator.

 

Use the correct ribbon/paper combination.

Skips Every Other Label

Label formatted too close to top edge of form. Leave
