Resetting the Camera Settings

Resets the settings you selected in the menu screen to the default values.

You cannot reset the settings when the mode dial is set to Bor C.

Resetting the Rec. Mode/Movie/Playback/Set-up Menus

Settings of the direct keys and for the items of the [A Rec. Mode] menu, [C Movie] menu, [Q Playback] menu, [R Set-up] menu, and playback mode palette can be reset to default values.

1Select [Reset] in the [RSet-up 3] menu, and press the four-way controller (5).

The [Reset] screen appears.

2Press the four-way controller (2) to select [Reset], and press the 4button.

The settings are reset, and the screen that was displayed before selecting the menu item appears again.

The following settings are not reset.

 

 

- Saved USER mode settings

- Flicker Reduction

- Language/u

Resetting the Custom Menu

Settings for the items of the [ACustom Setting] menu can be reset to default values.

1Select [Reset Custom Functions] in the [ACustom Setting 4] menu, and press the four-way controller (5).
