OVERVIEW

This user manual will help you set up and use your Philips manufactured DIRECTV Satellite Receiver.

On-screen messages will provide additional help, as will the glossary on page 40 of this manual.

FEATURES

Your Satellite Receiver lets you receive television signals from up to three satellites.You can customize your viewing schedules, set up favorite programs, set viewing preferences, and order pay per view (PPV) programs.

•Use the on-screen DIRECTV® Programming Guide to see what's on.

•Create your own list of favorite channels.

•Restrict viewing based on the ratings of programs.

•Tag programs for future viewing, or recording to a VCR.

•Receive mail messages from DIRECTV.
