The Variety Cooker beeps to indicate that the cooking process is finished. Remove the inner pot from the Variety Cooker. Let the cake cool down in the inner pot for 15 minutes. Then turn the inner pot upside down to flip the cake onto a plate. Ready to serve. Or you can chill the chocolate cake overnight and then serve cold with fruits, compote.
Grease the inner pot with some butter and then pour the cake mixture into it.

•Do not replace cocoa power with drinking chocolate powder, or the cake will not raise properly and will give sweeter taste and less natural cocoa aroma.

•Garnish the chocolate cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side and top both with warm chocolate fudge or caramel sauce and use whipped cream to decorate. Sprinkle with your favorite toasted nuts and topped with berries.
