Option 2: Connect audio through a digital
coaxial cable

Using a coaxial ca ble, connect the COA XIAL
connector on your S oundBar to the COA XIAL/
DIGITAL OUT connector on the device.
The digital coa xial connector migh t be labeled
DIGITAL AUDIO OUT.
Tip
•To play video from the dev ice, connect the
device to the TV t hrough a video conne ction.
Option 3: Connect audio through analog
audio cables
Basic quality audio
Using an analog ca ble, connect the AUX
connectors o n your SoundBar to the aud io
connectors on the device.

•To play video from the dev ice, connect the
device to the TV t hrough a video conne ction.
VCR
Play audio from TV or other devices through your
SoundBar.
Use the best quality connection available on other
devices.

•The audio connec tions in this user ma nual are
only recommen dations. You can use othe r
connections too.
•When your Sound Bar and TV are conn ected
through HDM I ARC, an audio conn ection is
not required.

connector on your S oundBar to the OPTI CAL
OUT connector on the device.
The digital opt ical connector migh t be labeled
