Other settings

Automatic Power Shutoff Function

When no input signal is detected for more than 15 minutes, the projector will automatically shut off. The on-screen message on the left will appear five minutes before the power is automatically turned off.

Interlaced (I)/Progressive (P) conversion

This function allows you to select either an interlaced display or a progressive display of a video signal. The progressive display projects a smooth video image.

1.Press Menu.

2.Press 1 / 2 to select “Options”.

3.Press 3 / 4 to select “I/P Conversion”, and then press 2.

4.Press 3 / 4 to select “Interlaced” or “Progressive”.

5.Press OK to save the setting.

6.To exit from the GUI, press Menu.

Checking the Lamp Usage Time

This function allows you to check the accumulated lamp usage time.

1.Press Menu.

2.Press 1 / 2 to select “Options”. The lamp usage time will be displayed.

It is recommended that the lamp be replaced after approximately 2,000 hours of usage. See page 25 for details.

Selecting signal type (Data 1 only)

This function allows you to select the input signal type.

1.Press Menu.

2.Press 1 / 2 to select “Options”.

3.Press 3 / 4 to select “Signal Type”, and then press 2.

4.Press 3 / 4 to select “Computer/RGB” or “Component”.

5.Press OK to save the setting.

6.To exit from the GUI, press Menu.

Checking the Input Signal

1.Press Menu.

2.Press 1 / 2 to select “Options”.

3.Press 3 / 4 to select “Signal Info” to display the current input signal.

4.To exit from the GUI, press Menu.

Note:

In Video mode, the resolution and frequency settings will not be displayed. This function allows you to check the current input signal information.
