Notes
!Whenplaying audio data (CD-DA), it is not ef-
fectiveeven if you turn TA G (tagdisplay) on.

!Ifyou do not operate the function within about
30seconds, the display is automatically re-
turnedto the playback display.
Repeating play
Repeatplay lets you hear the same trackover
again.
1 PressFUNCTION to select RPT.
PressFUNCTION until RPT appears in the dis-
play.
2 Pressato turn repeat play on.
RPT:ON appears in the display. The track cur-
rentlyplaying will play and then repeat.
3 Pressbto turn repeat play off.
RPT:OFF appears in the display. The track cur-
rentlyplaying will continue to play and then
playthe next track.
Note
Ifyou perform track search or fastforward/re-
verse,repeat play is automatically cancelled.
Playing tracks in a random
order
Randomplay lets you play back tracks on the
CDin a random order.
1 PressFUNCTION to select RDM.
PressFUNCTION until RDM appears in the
display.
2 Pressato turn random play on.
RDM:ON appears in the display. Tracks will
playin a random order.
3 Pressbto turn random play off.
RDM:OFF appears in the display. Tracks will
continueto play in order.
Scanning tracks of a CD
Scanplay lets you hear the first 10 seconds of
eachtrack on the CD.
1 PressFUNCTION to select SCAN.
PressFUNCTION until SCAN appears in the
display.
