Using the position selector
Oneway to assure a more natural sound is to
clearlyposition the stereo image, putting you
rightin the center of the sound field. Theposi-
tionselector function lets you automatically
adjustthe speakersoutput levels and inserts
adelay time to match the number and posi-
tionof occupied seats.
1 UseMULTI-CONTROL to select Position.
Positionappears in the display.
2 PushMULTI-CONTROL left, right, up or
downto select a listening position.

#Tocancel the selected listening position, push
MULTI-CONTROLin the same direction again.
Using balance adjustment
Youcan change the fader/balance setting so
thatit can provide you an ideal listening envir-
onmentin all occupied seats.
1 UseMULTI-CONTROL to select Fader.
Faderappears in the display.
#Ifthe balance setting has been previously ad-
justed,Balance will be displayed.
2 PushMULTI-CONTROL up or down to
adjustfront/rear speaker balance.
Eachtime MULTI-CONTROL is pushed up or
down,the front/rear speaker balance moves
towardsthe front or rear.
