QuickMenu: Long pressing the LIGHT button during
trainingrecording brings you to Quick menu. In
Quickmenu you can adjust training sounds or lock
buttons.
HeartTouch: displays the time during training on
bringingthe wrist unit near the transmitter. Set
HeartTouch function On/Off in Settings >
TrainingSettings > HeartTouch.
StopTrainingTopause the recording of your training session,
pressBACK.
Tostop your training session press BACK twice.
Stoppedis displayed. A summary of your training
willthen appear. See After Training for more
information.
Detachthe transmitter connector from the strap
andrinse the strap under running water after every
use.Wash the strap regularly in a washing
machineat 40ºC/104ºF at least after every fifth
use.
TrainingTipsIfyour aim is to lose weight, training sessions
needto be 30-60 minutes or longer in the fat
burnzone. The longer the duration the more
caloriesburned, especially from fat. The
percentageof burnt fat calories will appear in a
summaryafter the session.
Forimproving your cardiovascular fitness, aim to
trainin the fitness zone three or four times a week
for20-40 minutes per session. The fitter you are,
themore training (more often and longer duration)
isrequired for fitness improvement.
