•Buttonsounds: Adjust button sounds (Off /
Soft/ Loud / Very Loud)
•Buttonlock: Select Manual lockor Automatic
lock.
Automaticlock: The wrist unit automatically
locksall the buttons except LIGHT. You can
switchthe button lock off by pressing and
holdingLIGHT until Buttons unlocked is
displayed.
Manuallock: Switch the button lock on or off
bypressing and holding LIGHT until Buttons
unlockedis displayed.
•Units:Select Metric (kg/km) or Imperial
(lb/ft).By selecting lb/ft, calories are displayed
asCal, otherwise they are shown as kcal.
•Language:Select Deutsch, English, Español,
Françaisor Italiano.
