2 tazas de harina para todo uso

1⁄2 cucharadita sal

3 cucharadas de azúcar

2 tazas leche agria

1 cucharada polvo de hornear

3 huevos

Precaliente la plancha a 375ºF. Revuelva juntos la harina, azúcar, polvo de hornear y sal en un tazón grande hasta que se mezclen. Combine la leche de manteca con los huevos hasta que se mezclen. Agregue a los ingredientes secos y revuelva hasta que queden mezclados. Vierta la masa en la plancha de a 1⁄4 taza. Cocine por 3 a 4 minutos dando vuelta una vez. Se obtienen de 20 a 22 panqueques.

2 tazas de copos de avena de cocción rápida

21⁄2 tazas de leche

2 huevos

1⁄4 taza aceite vegetal

1⁄2 taza de harina

2 cucharadas azúcar

1 cucharadita polvo de hornear

1 cucharadita bicarbonato de soda

1⁄2 cucharadita canela molida

1⁄2 cucharadita sal

1⁄3 taza de pasas

Mezcle la avena, leche, huevos y aceite. Mezle la harina, azúcar, polvo de hornear, bicarbonato de soda, canela y sal. Agregue a la mezcla de la avena y revuelva hasta que quede mezclado. Cubra y ponga en el refrigerador toda la noche. A la mañana siguiente, mezcle las pasas. Deje que la masa repose por 10 minutos antes de cocinar. Precaliente la plancha a 375ºF. Vierta la masa en la plancha

de a 1⁄4 taza. Cocine por unos 5 minutos dando vuelta una vez. Se obtienen de 16 a 18 panqueques.
