HostInteractive (none) Entersthe host interac tivem ode. This is an adjustment mode
forchanging the Ho st Timingv alues to better suit your
displaydevice. Once in the interactive mode,a whitebox and
crosshair ap pear on the output display.
Startingwith the upper-leftt corne r of the box, use these
keyboardcontrols:
i=move up m=move down
j=move left l=moveright
Withthe upper-left corner properly adjust ed, address the
lower-rightcorner next by using thes eke yboard controls:
I=moveup M=move down
J=move left L=moveright
Withthe image properly adjusted, quit the utility:
q=quit
Afteryou have adjusted t he input to your satisfaction, use the
HostName command to name your i nput source, and the Host
Savecommand to store the Host List.
HostLIST [<1…64>][<1… 64>] Displaysthe entries i n the Host List (Table5 ).Without
arguments,the command returns the entire list. Withone
argument,it returns inform ation on the specified Host List
entry.With both arguments, it returns the portion of the Host
Listspecified by the arguments.
Thefirst 1 0 entries are user-defined. That is, the se slots are
reservedfor host timing strings the user defineswith the
HostTimingand/or HostInteractive commands, and saves
withthe HostSave <1…10> comma nd.
Entries11 through 54 include both p rogressive (non-
interlaced)and interl aced hosts with a standard 4:3 or 5:4
aspectratio. They are listed in orderof decreasing resolution
andfrequency. Entries 55 through 63 are 16 :9w ide screen
hosts.Entry 64 is a 1600x12 00 pixel host.
Factorydefault: Host #11
HostLOAD <1…64> Loadsthe ind icated host from the Host List.
HostName <name> Assignsa name to the current ho st. The argument can be up to
17alphanumeric characters withno spaces (underscore is
acceptable).
Factorydefault: Auto_1
HostSave <1…10> Savesthe current host setting si nto the Host List.The
argumentspecifies which Host List position is used.
HostTiming <input#> <hfp> <hs>

Setsthe timing for the current host.
