RGBSpectrum (RGB) warrants that this product will be free from defects in

materialand workmanship, under normal use and service when correctly

installed and maintained, for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment.

RGB’sliability under this warranty is limited solely to replacing, repairing or

issuingcredit for any product which is shown to be defective during the

warranty period. Purchasers hall (i)n otifyRGB promptly in writing of any

claims,and (ii) provide R GB with an opportunity to inspect and test the product

claimedt o bed efective.Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, improper

installationor application, improper maintenance or repair, alteration, accident

ornegligence in use, improper temperature, humidity or other environmental

condition, storage, transportation or handling. RGB shall have no obligations

underthis warranty with respect to anydefect unless it receives notice and a

description of suchd efect nolater tha nfive (5) business days following the

expirationof the warranty period.

THE WARRANTIESSTATEDHEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER

WARRANTIES,EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (BUT NOT

LIMITEDTO) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY

ORF ITNESSFOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENTS HALL RGB BELIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL,

INCIDENTALOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR LOSS, DAMAGE

OREXP ENSE DIRECTLYOR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM THE

PURCHASER’S INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT EITHER

SEPARATELY ORIN COM BINATIONWITH ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT

ORFACILITIES, OR FROM ANY OTHER CAUSE.

Anannual extended warranty may be purchased. Should the product fail to

operateproperly during the covered period, RGB will repair the product and

restoreit to normal operation without charge for labor and parts. Consult the
