Convection Guide for fresh and frozen food

Preheat the convection with the fast pre-heat function to the desired temperature. Always use the low rack when cooking with convection or combined microwave plus convection mode. This is oven is suitable for baking on one level. Use the power levels and times in this table as guide lines for convection cooking. Use oven gloves when taking out.
