Add TCP/IP Port
to add y o u r
printer to the n etw o r k. To add the pr inte r to th e
netw ork, enter the p ort nam e and the IP address for the
printer.
To verify y our printer’ s IP ad d ress or the MAC ad dress,
print a Network Configuration page.

Shared Printer [UNC]
and ente r th e shar e d nam e
manually or find a shared printer by clicking the
Browse
button.

: If you cannot find your machine in network, please turn
off the firewall and cl ick

TIP
: If you want to se t a specific IP address on a specific
network p rinter, click the
Set IP Address
button. The Set IP
Address window appears. Do as follows:
a. Select a printe r to be set with a specific IP addre ss from the
list.
b. Configure an IP address, subnet mask, and gateway for the
printer manually and click
Configure
to set the sp e cific IP
address fo r th e network printer.
c. Click
Next
