. Select
Graphics
form the
Presets
' drop-down list to access the graphic
features.

Resolution(Quality)

: You can se lect the printing
resolution. The h igher the setting, the sharpe r the clarity
of printed ch aracters an d g raph ics. Th e h ig h er settin g
also may incre ase the time it takes to p rint a do cume n t.
Color Mode
: You can set the co lor optio ns. Se tting to
Color
typically produces the best possible print quality
for color documents. If you want to print a color
document in gr ayscale, select
Grayscale
.
Paper
Set
Paper Type
to correspo nd to the pape r loaded in th e tr ay
from wh ich you w a n t to pr int. T h is w ill let you g et the best
quality p rin to ut . If yo u l o ad a d iffere nt typ e of print ma te r ial,
select the corresponding paper type.

Printer Features
This tab provides options for selecting the paper type and
adjus ting pr i n t qu ality. Select
Printer Features
from the
Presets
' drop-down list to access the following features:

Fit to Page

: This setting allows you to scale your print
job to any selected paper size regardless of the digital
document size. This can be useful when you want to
check fine details on a small document.
RGB Color
: This setting determines how colors are
rendered.
Standard
is the most w i de ly us e d setti ng
which the color tone of this mode is the closest to that of
standard monitor (sRGB Monitor).
Vivid
mode is
approp riate for p rintin g pr e sen tatio n data and char ts.
The color tone of Vivid mode produces more
Vivid
color
images than that of Standard mode.
Device
mode is best
used for printing fine lines, small characters and color
draw ings. The color tone of
Device
mode may be
different fro m that of mon i to r, the pu re to n er co lor s ar e
used for printing Cyan, Magenta and Yellow colors.
