					and spices. Put fish side
					by side, head to tail, on
					the high rack. Set rack on
					crusty plate.
					Turn over, as soon as
					the beep sounds. Push
					start button to continue
					process.
13	Roast	1.2-1.3	5		Brush chilled chicken with
	chicken	1.4-1.5			oil and spices.
		1.6-1.7			Put breast-side-down, in
					the middle of the low rack.
					Set rack on crusty plate.
					Turn over, as soon as
					the oven beeps. Push
					start button to continue
					process.
